Beginnings:

"After graduating from Notre Dame, I started my career in NYC working in the financial services industry. I began as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP and then moved to a risk management role at J.P. Morgan.  The events of September 11th, made me reassess my career path and I decided to move back home to Syracuse and use my financial experience to begin working with individuals to help them reach their financial goals.

In 2011, I was able to transition to working at a "fee-only" advisory firm and further my knowledge in finance by attaining both the CFA and CFP designations. When I felt I was ready, I decided to start BPC Advisors with a commitment to helping individuals navigate their own unique circumstances. I feel blessed to be able to help people the best way I know."

Outside of work:

Doug lives in Fayetteville with his wife Paige and three children. Outside the office, Doug helps with several non-profit organizations and coaches his children's youth lacrosse teams.

Fun fact:

Doug played varsity lacrosse at Notre Dame, and although he no longer considers himself the athlete he once was, he brings the same discipline he learned through this experience to working with individuals at BPC Advisors.
